What are reFills?
Do you ever find yourself running out of your favorite products from FFF? We're here to fix that with our new membership perk, reFills!
Each season, existing members will have the opportunity to subscribe to a seasonal replenishment of some of their favorite must-have items. Once you set it, forget it – we will handle the rest! Your reFill item(s) will ship along with your seasonal box so you won’t have to lift a finger. See billing/shipping schedule.
How do I sign up for reFills?
It’s easy! After choosing customizations, existing members will have the opportunity to choose a reFill product(s).* Once Customization closes, your card on file will be automatically billed for any reFills you have selected! Your reFills order(s) will continue to replenish each season until you wish to cancel.
Can I choose more than one reFill item?
Yes, you may purchase multiple reFill products, as well as, multiple quantities! Please note, a maximum quantity of 3 per item will be available, while supplies last.
How often will I receive my reFills?
Since these items ship with your seasonal box, you will receive your replenishments about every 3 months!
What happens to my reFills order(s) if I swap my box?
You will not be billed for or receive reFills items for any seasons that you decide to swap your box for credit. However, this will not cancel your reFills subscription(s). Your reFills order(s) will automatically resume in the next season in which you receive a Seasonal Box.
How do I cancel reFills?
You can cancel your reFill item(s) at any time on the My Box page until the end of your Customization window. Any cancellations made after Customization closes will go into effect for the next season. Existing reFills cannot be canceled through the FFF app.
If you would like to edit the quantity of reFills for a particular item(s), you must cancel the reFills you would like to edit and return to the reFills page to resubscribe with the desired quantity.
Note, if you cancel your FabFitFun membership, any active reFill subscriptions will be canceled as well. If you need any assistance canceling your reFills, please contact our Customer Care team here.
