Shipping Delay Notice: Due to COVID-19, members may experience shipping delays. Please expect up to 1 month for processing your order, plus an additional 5 business days for standard shipping.

Tracking Information

As soon as your box leaves our California warehouse, you will be emailed a link with your tracking number so you can keep an eye out for your box!

Estimated Transit Schedule

  • US Boxes: 7-10 business days or 1-2 weeks after leaving our California warehouse. 
  • AK, HI, PR, UK & Canadian Boxes*: 9-14 business days or 2-3 weeks after leaving our California warehouse. 
  • APO/FPO/DPO Boxes: May take up to 45 days for your order to arrive depending on your location. While we will issue tracking details as soon as your order is shipped, tracking may not show any updates until it reaches its final destination. 

*Customs clearance, International postal delays, and other factors can sometimes cause shipping delays for Canadian orders. If you have not received your order 14 business days after receiving tracking details, please contact customer care for assistance.
