My order is shipping to the wrong address
Once your order is billed, we are unable to update the shipping address.
If your order is currently shipping to the wrong address please contact the carrier for assistance. They might be able to reroute your order.
You can confirm the shipping address of any billed orders on your account by clicking on “Order Details” in the My Subscription & Orders section of your account.
You can update your shipping address any time prior to billing here.
