If you have any questions about delivery once you’ve received your tracking information, contact the carrier directly. This is the most efficient way to solve any issues that may come up once your order has shipped. Below are some frequently asked questions related to tracking and delivery.
I haven’t received my order but it’s marked as delivered.
Occasionally, an order will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If this happened to you don’t worry! Often times it will be delivered within 5 business days. Please contact your local post office for details about your delivery.
I’ve waited 5 business days and have not received my order.
In the case that your order has not arrived after 5 business days please contact Customer Care for assistance.
My order has not moved and is in the same location.
Orders can occasionally remain without an update on tracking for up to 5 business days. This is part of the normal shipping process. Please contact the carrier if there is no movement with the order for longer than that.
My order was returned to sender.
If your order was returned to sender please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible for assistance.
