What is the sign-up process?
Once you complete your billing and shipping information, you will fill in your personal survey to help us learn more about you. Note that filling out your personal survey does not customize your box
What payment methods does FabFitFun accept?
FabFitFun accepts VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Discover (the “Card Brands”). New members signing up for a subscription also have the opportunity to use Apple Pay and PayPal when signing up. Additionally, in order to help ensure uninterrupted shipments, FabFitFun participates in account updater services provided by the Card Brands to automatically update your card on file when you get a new one. Of course, if you want to change your payment method at any time, you can do so by logging into your account or contacting customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
I'm a new member, can I customize right away?
Yes, after completing your personal survey, you’ll be prompted to make any available Customization selections, while supplies last. If Customization has not yet opened for the current season, you'll have to wait to customize. Check our calendar for the latest dates! To customize even more in your box, you can upgrade to our Select Membership which will give you more options right away.
I'm a new member, can I purchase Add-Ons right away?
Yes! You'll have the opportunity to purchase Add-Ons to ship out with your first box! Once you've filled out your shipping address, you will have one hour to shop for New Member Add-Ons (completely optional). If time runs out, you'll be able to purchase Add-Ons beginning with the next season's box (see our events calendar for key dates).
As soon as you complete all steps, you'll have full access to your account to explore your FabFitFun dashboard!
After signing up, your membership will auto-renew every season or year until you decide to cancel.
