What's your cancellation policy?

If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next bill date or you will continue to be billed for the following Seasonal Box.

To cancel, log into your FabFitFun dashboard and visit the My Subscription and Orders page. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. You will receive a confirmation email after you have canceled.  

Annual Membership cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual Memberships pre-pay for 4 boxes and are non-refundable.

You have the right to cancel a Seasonal or Annual subscription and obtain a refund of your subscription by notifying us of your intention to do so within 14 days of receipt by you of your first box. You can exercise these rights to cancel your subscription and obtain a refund by contacting our Customer Care Team at vip@fabfitfun.com or 1.855.313.6267. Alternatively, you may fill out a cancellation form available here, and send it to our Customer Care Team at vip@fabfitfun.com.

You must return your box in accordance with the instructions set out below no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your wish to cancel your subscription for a refund. You are responsible for returning the box to us and, unless the box is faulty, you will be required to pay for the cost of returning the box to us. You must return the box as follows: post the box at your expense to the following address: FabFitFun, Inc. ATTN: Customer Service Department, 14101 Pipeline Ave Chino, CA 91710 USA. We will examine the box upon receipt and, provided that the box does not show signs of unreasonable use, we will provide a full refund. If the box does show signs of unreasonable use, we will notify you that a reduced amount will be available. We will refund your payment, by the original payment method, as soon as possible and no later than: (1) 14 days after we receive the box from you; or (2) (if earlier) 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the box to us. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the box and later discover that you have handled it in an unacceptable way, you will be liable to pay to us an appropriate amount.
