How long does it take to process my order?
Shipping Delay Notice: Due to COVID-19, members may experience shipping delays. Please expect up to 1 month for processing your Fall order, plus an additional 7-10 business days for standard shipping.
Seasonal Boxes and Add-Ons
Each season, we offer hundreds of variations of our boxes, and we work diligently to put all the finishing touches on your order before it is shipped out. Your FabFitFun box is personally and meticulously assembled by our warehouse team (check out the video below to learn more).
Additionally, once the designated windows have closed, any changes to your Customizations or Add-Ons may delay the processing of your order.
Edit Sale, Themed Sales, and Shop orders
Your order will generally ship within 2 weeks* of successful billing.
As soon as your box leaves our California warehouse, you will be emailed a link with your tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your order.
Estimated Transit Schedule
- US Boxes: 7-10 business days or 1-2 weeks after leaving our California warehouse.
- AK, HI, PR, UK & Canadian Boxes**: 9-14 business days or 2-3 weeks after leaving our California warehouse.
- APO/FPO/DPO Boxes: May take up to 45 days for your order to arrive depending on your location. While we will issue tracking details as soon as your order is shipped, tracking may not show any updates until it reaches its final destination.
*Items that ship directly from the retailer within 3 weeks. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves the warehouse.
**Customs clearance, International postal delays, and other factors can sometimes cause shipping delays for Canadian orders. If you have not received your order 14 business days after receiving tracking details, please contact customer care for assistance.
