Due to COVID-19, members may experience shipping delays. Please expect up to 1 month for processing your order, plus an additional 5 business days for standard shipping.  
Severe weather across the United States may cause delays in the delivery of your FabFitFun order. We are staying in close contact with our carriers during this time in order to stay well-informed of the situation.

How long does it take to process my order?

Seasonal Boxes and Add-Ons 

Your order will generally ship within 30 days of the season's billing day (upon successful billing).

Each season, we offer hundreds of variations of our boxes, and we work diligently to put all the finishing touches on your order before it is shipped out. Your FabFitFun box is personally and meticulously assembled by our warehouse team (check out the video below to learn more).

Additionally, once the designated windows have closed, any changes to your Customizations or Add-Ons may delay the processing of your order.

Edit Sale, Themed Sales, and Shop orders

Your order will generally ship within 2 weeks* of successful billing.

Tracking Information

As soon as your box leaves our California warehouse, you will be emailed a link with your tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your order.

Estimated Transit Schedule

  • US Boxes: 7-10 business days or 1-2 weeks after leaving our California warehouse. 
  • AK, HI, PR, UK & Canadian Boxes**: 9-14 business days or 2-3 weeks after leaving our California warehouse. 
  • APO/FPO/DPO Boxes: May take up to 45 days for your order to arrive depending on your location. While we will issue tracking details as soon as your order is shipped, tracking may not show any updates until it reaches its final destination. 

*Items that ship directly from the retailer within 3 weeks. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves the warehouse.

**Customs clearance, International postal delays, and other factors can sometimes cause shipping delays for Canadian orders. If you have not received your order 14 business days after receiving tracking details, please contact customer care for assistance.
