Why did some of my items ship separately?
In order for us to ship your order as soon as possible, one or more of your items might ship separately. You will receive an email notification if any items are delayed. Another email containing tracking information will be sent once your order ships out. Items that are shipped separately will not be charged for additional shipping.
Certain items from our sales are shipped out directly by the vendor. You will receive an email notification detailing which item will be arriving separately.
To verify that you don’t have any missing items, you can check the packing slip in the box. Any item that shows up in the packing slip with the quantity 0 will be shipped separately. The column “Ordered Qty” will list all items that were purchased.
