I need help with a promo code

Upon signing up for a FabFitFun membership, you may have a promotional offer towards the first box on your Seasonal subscription! Occasionally, we offer potential members a little incentive to join the FabFitFun Family and gain access to the awesome perks of the membership.

We know you'll love it once you're here! Upon becoming a member, not only do you receive 4 amazing boxes a year, but you also have immediate access to FabFitFunTV, our member-exclusive Shop, Add-Ons, Edit Sales, our Exclusive Offers page, the Community Forum, and more! Offers vary from season to season and cannot be applied to existing memberships, however, keep an eye out for reactivation offers.

I just placed my order but I forgot to add my promo code, what do I do?

If you have an active promo code that was valid at the time you purchased your box, please contact Customer Care with the valid code within 48 hours of placing your order.  

Can I use multiple promo codes on my order?

Offers cannot be combined or stacked. Only one promo can be applied to an account per user.

Can promo codes be applied to Annual Memberships?

Since the Annual plan is already discounted by $20 USD instantly, additional monetary discounts cannot be applied. 

If I add a monetary discount code to my order, will it discount my subscription each season? 

Any discount codes/promos used will only apply to a member's first box and do not carry to future charges on the subscription. 

I have a promo code but it's not working - why?

Some promotions only work via a link - if this is the case, make sure you use the correct link when signing up for FabFitFun to take advantage of the offer. When using a promo code, make sure it's still valid and you're entering it correctly. If it still does not work, use TRYFFF to get $10 off your first box!

The promo code I entered is showing a different box than the current season.

Towards the end of the season, we may be running a promotion to sign-up for the prior season's box simultaneously as the current season's box. The promo code you enter is tied to a specific box you are signing up for. For example, late in the winter season, you may be able to sign-up with fall being your first box for 50% off, but you must use the fall-specific promo code. Upon entering the promo code, the box associated will be displayed at check-out. If you want to sign up for the current box, you must enter a different promo code. 

Can I confirm that my promo code was applied to my order?

Our Customer Care Team is always happy to help you confirm that your promo code was successfully applied.

Can I use a gift card and a promotion on the same purchase?
New members can only use one or the other - not both. You can enter either your gift code or a promo code in the text box before submitting your order.

If you opt to use a promo code before using your gift card credit, you can navigate here to redeem your gift card credit after placing your first order. The gift card credit will be applied to future boxes, purchases, or sales.

If you'd prefer to use your gift card credit first, contact Customer Care so we can apply the promo to your next box.
