Can I Skip My Next Box?
All Annual* and Seasonal** Members have the option to Skip their upcoming box for credit. This credit will be automatically deducted from your next FabFitFun purchase(s) and is valid towards all membership transactions such as Add-Ons, Edit Sales, Shop purchases, and any subscription renewal or upgrade!
Once your skip has processed, you will receive an automated email confirmation and will be able to view the available credit on your account. Please allow 2 business days for our team to process your request.
All Annual Members now have the option to Skip one box in their Annual Membership and instead receive a $45 credit (plus prorated shipping and taxes, if applicable). The skip option can only be utilized once during your Annual Membership, so if you have already exercised your option to skip a box you will not be able to skip again until your next Annual Membership renewal. If your Annual Membership is due to be renewed in the season you’d like to skip, you must first pay for your renewal and your skip will then be processed as normal. After you skip one box, you will continue to receive your remaining prepaid boxes until the end of your Annual term.
For a limited time, Seasonal Members have the option to Skip their upcoming box. You will be billed $49.99 (plus shipping and taxes, if applicable) for your Seasonal renewal immediately and this amount will be applied as a credit to your FabFitFun account. For Seasonal Members, the skip option can only be utilized once for every four boxes you receive, so if you have already exercised your option to skip a box you will not be able to skip again until you have received your next three boxes. After you skip one box, you will continue to remain an active member. Skipping a season does not cancel your subscription. Please note this is a beta program and is subject to change at FabFitFun’s sole discretion.
When is the last day I can skip my box?
Skip requests for the Winter 2019 box are now closed.
Skip requests for Spring 2020 must be submitted by February 5th, 2020, 11:59pm PST. Once Skip has closed for the season, any requests to skip will apply to the following season. If you would like to skip your next box, please contact us to process your request.
- Select Members
- Military addresses (APO/DPO/FPO) will automatically receive Select status and be in the first billing group
- Members who became Select before November 5th, 2019, 11:59pm PST.

- Non-Select Members who purchase Add-Ons or add additional items to their Box during customization
- Non-Select Members who live in CA/UK/AK/HI/PR
- New Non-Select Members who signed up for the current season before All Access close regardless of Add-Ons or Customize participation
- Members who became Select between November 6th, 2019, and November 18th, 2019, 11:59 pm PST.
Can I still purchase Add-Ons if I Skip my Box?
Members who skip their box will still be able to shop Add-Ons during the given window based on your membership for that season. As a reminder, purchases are subject to additional shipping fees as set forth below:
- US Orders: Shipping for orders over $25 is free! Orders under $25 incur a $5.95 shipping fee.
- Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Orders: Shipping is $8* for orders over $25. Orders under $25 incur a $13.95* shipping fee.
- UK Orders: Shipping is $5* per order. Orders under $25 incur a $10.95* shipping fee.
*All prices are listed in USD. Any applicable taxes will be detailed in your FabFitFun invoice. Foreign exchange or transaction fees may apply for non US customers.
