Billing / Shipping Schedule
Shipping Delay Notice: Our carriers are reporting delays due to the effects of COVID-19. In some cases, there may be delays of up to 10 days from the usual delivery date. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.
Our billing and fulfillment schedule is organized to maximize shipping efficiency and help prevent overlap between the various groups. Boxes typically ship within one month of successful billing.

Bill Date 1: All Select members
Select members are shipped first and enjoy early access to Add-Ons and Customize for their box during the Select Access Window
You can receive Select status in the following ways:
- Signing up for or upgrading to an Annual membership
- Having a military shipping address (APO, DPO, FPO)
Bill Date 2: Members who fit one of the following criteria:
- New Select members who signed up after the Select Access Window window
- Members who purchase Add-Ons or additional Customize products during the Seasonal Access Window
- Seasonal Members with a shipping address in Canada, U.K., Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico
- New Seasonal members who prepaid in advance
Bill Date 3: All remaining Seasonal members
