In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, your items may ship in multiple shipments! Below are some of the reasons why your order might be split:
1. We are currently in the process of waiting for an additional delivery of items
2. We are performing further quality checks on inventory
3. To increase warehouse and operational efficiency
When your items leave our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking details and a description of what will be included in each shipment.
Additionally, the packing slip inside your order will list all items in your original order. To identify which items are coming in a separate shipment, please review the picked quantity column ("Picked Qty"). If there is a "0" in that column, those items will be coming in a separate shipment!
