What is Customize?
Customize is the option to choose one or more items in your box!
Once customization opens for the season, you can make your selections by logging into your FabFitFun account and clicking the "Customize" tab on your dashboard! New members will have access to customizing their box upon sign-up.
Note: If you sign up as a new member who is not receiving an Editor’s Box, you will be able to make your customizations when the window opens for all members.
Who gets Customize?
All members* get the opportunity to customize some of the products in their box, free with the membership! Want even more customization options? Become a Select Member!
What if I am a Select Member?
Select Members can choose even more products in their box and also get early access to Customization! This means you’ll have three (3) days to start customizing your box before everyone else. Once you purchase an Annual Subscription, you'll be a select member and immediately have access to all the amazing perks!
Can I choose more than one item?
Each season, while supplies last, we offer the option to purchase more than one item at an additional cost! Once you pick your first item, you can add other items by clicking the "ADD" button, and you will be charged the corresponding amount on billing day. When does Customize open and close?
Customize is open for a window of time (usually 1-week) at the beginning of each season, before seasonal boxes begin shipping out**. All customizations are subject to availability, while supplies last.
Customize will close about a day before the first billing day.
Fall 2019 Dates
Customization opens to SELECT members: Monday, July 29th at 9 a.m. PT.
Customization opens to ALL members: Thursday, August 1st at 9 a.m. PT.
Customization closes to ALL members: Monday, August 5th at 11:59 p.m. PT.
Note: Additional Customizations can only be on hold for a limited time if your account is past due.
*Certain items are restricted by shipping regulations. This may affect what items are visible to you when you customize your box.
**If your first Seasonal Box is purchased after selections are sold out, then Customization will begin with your second Seasonal Box. Customize is open for a period of about 1-week right before boxes begin shipping for the season. See Billing/Shipping Schedule.
