What is Customization?
Customization is the option to choose one or more items in your box!
Once customization opens for the season, you can make your selections by logging into your FabFitFun account and clicking the customize tab on your dashboard! New members will have access to customizing their box upon sign-up.
Note: If you sign up as a new member who is not receiving an Editor’s Box, you will be able to make your customizations when the window opens for all members.
Who gets to customize?
All members* have the opportunity to choose some of the products in their box, free with the membership! Want even more customization options? Become a Select Member!
What if I am a Select Member?
Select Members can choose even more products in their box and also get early access to Customization! Once you purchase an Annual Subscription, you'll be a Select Member and immediately have access to all the amazing perks!
Can I choose more than one item?
Each season, while supplies last, we offer the option to purchase more than one item at an additional cost! Once you pick your first choice, you can choose an additional choice item, and you will be charged the corresponding amount on billing day. When does Customization open and close?
Customization is open for a window of time at the beginning of each season before Seasonal Boxes begin shipping out**. All choices are subject to availability, while supplies last.
What is a Boost item?
Through our member-exclusive perk called Boost My Box, all members will have the option to add a boost(s) to their seasonal box at the end of the Customization flow. During this time, we want to provide you with as many opportunities as possible to shop items that will bring you happiness! Boost will give you the chance to purchase extra-high-value items that wouldn’t otherwise be included in the seasonal box at a discounted rate of 70%+ off of the retail price, while supplies last!
Boost is available to members in their Customization windows or to new members who sign up before August 18 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
What is a throwback item?
Members will have the opportunity to snag some of their favorite items from past seasons alongside a brand new curation of products. Throwback items will be included in each customization category so you can choose a new item or pick something from the past you may have missed out on or a favorite that you can’t live without!

- Opens on August 2 at 9 am PT
- Closes on August 5 at 11:59 pm PT
- Opens on August 15 at 9 am PT
- Closes on August 18 at 11:59 pm PT
Note: Additional Choice items can only be on hold for a limited time if your account is past due.
*Certain items are restricted by shipping regulations. This may affect what items are visible to you when you customize your box.
**If your first Seasonal Box is purchased after selections are sold out, then Customization will begin with your second Seasonal Box. Customization is open for a period of about 1-week right before boxes begin shipping for the season. See Billing/Shipping Schedule
