Do you take returns or exchanges?

FabFitFun purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of VIP boxes, box items, add-ons, additional box purchases, or shop/warehouse sale orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

Sized-Apparel Return Policy

FabFitFun will accept the return or exchange of any sized apparel item(s) within 7 days of the order receipt date. The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchanges will only be accepted for another size in the original item ordered and are dependent upon available inventory.

How do I request a return or exchange for my sized apparel?

To request a return or exchange, contact customer care here and FabFitFun will send a return label via email. All returns and exchanges will be charged a fee of $7 to cover the cost of shipping and processing. Upon arrival back to the FabFitFun warehouse, a refund will be posted back to your original form of payment (less $7 fee) within 2 weeks. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped out within 2-weeks, if the item is in-stock.

To process the refund or exchange faster, you may contact customer care once the carrier scans the return shipment and tracking is visible. FabFitFun will then process the refund or exchange item. Note: If the item returned is in damaged or used condition, and an exchange item has already been sent, the customer will be billed for the full-price of the new item.
