NEW MEMBER SHIPPING SCHEDULE
If you begin your subscription today, your first box will be the Post Fall Editor's Box.
If you are receiving the current season’s box and signed up before Bill Date 1 of the current season, your box will ship with the Bill Date 1 group. Otherwise, your box will ship within one month of successful billing. See Billing/Shipping Schedule.
EXISTING MEMBER SHIPPING SCHEDULE
For existing members, your box will ship within one month of billing.
Shipping Group 1: All Select, Canadian, AK, HI, APO, PR members, Seasonal members with add-ons.
Shipping Group 2: Everyone else will ship in the second wave after being billed.
*Shipping groups may overlap to achieve the highest possible shipping efficiencies.
**If there is an issue with your payment, your order may face fulfillment delays of up to 30 days.
As soon as your box leaves our California warehouse, you will be emailed a link with your tracking number so you'll be able to keep an eye out for your box of goodies!
ESTIMATED TRANSIT SCHEDULE
US Boxes: 7-10 business days or 1-2 weeks after leaving our California warehouse.
AK, HI, PR, & Canadian Boxes*: 9-14 business days or 2-3 weeks after leaving our California warehouse.
APO/FPO Boxes: May take up to 45 days for your order to arrive depending on your location.While we will issue tracking details as soon as your order is shipped, tracking may not show any updates until it reaches its final destination.
*Customs clearance, International postal delays, and other factors can sometimes cause shipping delays for Canadian orders. If you have not received your order 14 business days after receiving tracking details, please contact customer care for assistance.

Please note content in boxes being shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may vary from US boxes each season. Gift certificates and sponsored items included in some boxes are subject to shipping constraints of the issuing company.
