NEW MEMBER SHIPPING SCHEDULE
If you begin your subscription today, your first box will be the Editor's Box (unless you order the Starter Box by using a special code)! Your Editor's or Starter Box will ship within 10 business* days of purchase.
If you are a new member who signed up between 3/7/18 - 3/21/18, your box will ship by the end of March. Otherwise, your box is scheduled to ship within 10 business days of your billing day, following successful payment.
*Business days do not include weekends or holidays including Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your box leaves our warehouse. If you feel that your order has not shipped within the expected timeframe, please contact customer care so that we may help investigate the delay.
EXISTING MEMBER SHIPPING SCHEDULE
For existing members, your box will ship within 10 business days of successful billing.
Priority Shipping Group 1: All Select, Canadian, AK, HI, APO, PR members (regardless of Add-Ons)
Priority Shipping Group 2: Seasonal members with Add-Ons
Shipping Group 3: Seasonal Boxes with no Add-Ons will ship in the second wave after being billed. These boxes should ship within 10 business days of your Regular Billing Date.
*Shipping groups may overlap to achieve the highest possible shipping efficiencies.
**If your payment is declined, your order may face fulfillment delays of up to 30 days.
As soon as your box leaves our California warehouse, you will be emailed a link with your tracking number so you'll be able to keep an eye out for your box of goodies!
US Boxes: 7-10 business days or 1-2 weeks after leaving our California warehouse.
Canada Boxes*: 9-14 business days or 2-3 weeks after leaving our California warehouse.
APO/FPO Boxes: May take up to 45 days for your order to arrive depending on your location.While we will issue tracking details as soon as your order is shipped, tracking may not show any updates until it reaches its final destination.
*Customs clearance, International postal delays, and other factors can sometimes cause shipping delays for Canadian orders. If you have not received your order 14 business days after receiving tracking details, please contact customer care for assistance.
We expect to ship boxes in the following seasonal months: March, June, September, and December (subject to change, however, any deviations from this schedule will be announced). Specific shipping dates will be pre-announced each season prior to billing. Click Here for Box Schedule
Please note content in boxes being shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may vary from US boxes each season. Gift certificates and sponsored items included in some boxes are subject to shipping constraints of the issuing company.
