    I’m not a complainer, so it takes a lot for you to piss me off bad enough to go give a bad review. I always try to personally handle it, always. However, I have reached out to FFF regarding my first box (just received it last week) First issue, I picked what I wanted and then chatted with a gentleman that assured me the items I chose would be the items in my box. This was a lie because I did not receive ONE item that I chose. I got a mix of a bunch of items that I assume were leftovers.

    Second problem, I was billed way too much. Apparently extra for the kimono that I wanted; but, you guessed it,it was was not in my box. So I did what anyone would do and submitted a request regarding said issues, approx a week ago, the day after I opened it. ZERO, NOTHING, NO RESPONSE.

    After giving them plenty of time to respond to me first request, I proceeded with sending a second request to chat with someone about the issue; yet again, NOTHING, NO RESPONSE.

    FabFitFun - Please, please acknowledge my requests and explain why you did what you did, why you deducted so much out of my account and why I didn’t even receive the one thing I wanted most, the kimono.. (or the towel!) PLEASE TAKE ACTION immediately, so I don’t have to go any further, such as contacting the BBB.

    I work hard for my money and don’t have it to throw away, or spend it on things I don’t want or use. Please right your wrong by simply following up with the multiple requests I’ve sent you.

    Omg, I read a horrible awful review on a 1st box, now Obviously signed up during a horrible time of summer schedule😪I was so excited and she totally deflated it. Signed up June 2nd, looks like everything I picked seems gone, she claimed to get all random leftovers from past boxes. No kimono, not 1 item she customized. I want to be an annual member, but I guess need to wait for my 1st box. 1 person totally ruined a lot😪🤤

    I have to say I love FFF, my first box was flubbed. (I picked items but I didnt get the things I picked). When I contacted FFF they gave me a credit on my account so I could get some add-ons ever since then every box I have customized and it came in properly (my first box was fall 2018). Between spring and summer I upgraded and was so happy with all the perks of being an annual member. Hopefully whatever glitch happens for the first box gets sorted as I love you company. My only issue is trying to figure out the conversion between CAD and USD when I get my add-ons edit sales lol. It would be great if there were a way to estimate your Canadian costs at the checkout but otherwise so happy with this subscription
