I just placed my order but I forgot to add my promo code, what do I do?
If you have an active promo code that was in existence at the time you purchased your order and forgot to apply it, please email [email protected] with the code within 48 hours of placing your order.
Can I use multiple promo codes/coupons on my order?
Only one promo can be applied to an account per user. Offers cannot be combined or stacked.
Can promo codes be applied to annual accounts?
Since the annual plan is already discounted, monetary discounts cannot be applied.
If I add a monetary discount code to my order, will it discount my subscription each season?
Any discount codes/promos used will only apply to a customer's first box and do not carry to future charges on the subscription.
