FabFitFun purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of VIP boxes, box items, add-ons, additional box purchases, or shop/warehouse sale orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
In the case that your VIP box is missing, FabFitFun must be notified in writing within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If FabFitFun is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of FabFitFun.
