When will my box ship out?

NEW MEMBER SHIPPING SCHEDULE

If you begin your subscription today, your first box will be the Spring 2017 box! Your box will be shipped within 10 business days of the Priority billing date. If past that date, your box will ship within 10 business days of the date you signed up.

EXISTING MEMBER SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Priority Shipping Group 1: Annual Boxes, Boxes with Add-Ons, or Canada/Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico are shipped first. These boxes will ship within 10 business days of your Priority Billing Date.*

Shipping Group 2 and 3: Seasonal Boxes with no Add-Ons will ship in the second and third wave after being billed. Shipping groups are determined by your location to ensure we ship your box out as quickly and efficiently as possible. These boxes will ship within 10 business days of your Regular Billing Date.

As soon as your box leaves our California warehouse, you will be emailed tracking information, so you'll be able to keep an eye out for your box of goodies!

**SPRING 2017 SHIPPING UPDATE** We are working hard to meet our 10 business day deadline, but this is our largest add-on season yet! Please bear with us as processing times for our Spring 2017 season may be longer than usual. We will send a notification to you if it appears we will not meet our 10 business day deadline!

TRANSIT SCHEDULE

US Boxes: 5-10 business days or 1-2 weeks after leaving our California warehouse. 

Canada Boxes*: 9-14 business days or 2-3 weeks after leaving our California warehouse. 

APO/FPO Boxes: May take up to 45 days for your order to arrive depending on your location.While we will issue tracking details as soon as your order is shipped, tracking may not show any updates until it reaches it's final destination. 

*Customs clearance, International postal delays, and other factors can sometimes cause shipping delays for Canadian orders. If you have not received your order 14 business days after receiving tracking details, please contact customer care for assistance. 

SEASONAL SCHEDULE

We expect to ship boxes in the following seasonal months: March, June, September, and December (subject to change, however, any deviations from this schedule will be announced). Specific shipping dates will be pre-announced each season prior to billing. Click Here for Box Schedule

Please note content in boxes being shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may vary from US boxes each season.

Gift certificates included in some boxes are subject to shipping constraints of the issuing company.
